A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a custom project slot. The Customs Booking Process explains more about how and when projects are released in the Bluebird Customs App.

The deposit is deducted from the total custom fee due. The remaining balance can be settled in one payment upon completion or by a payment plan.

Payment plan instalments must be paid on time each month. If an outstanding instalment is not paid by the time the next instalment is due the following month, the payment plan will be cancelled and the outstanding balance will be due in full immediately.

If shipping or personal delivery is required, the balance must be fully settled and delivery scheduled for no later than 3 months after completion (this is approximately 4 months from the start date of the custom project slot).

For finished customs being collected from a live show, the balance must be fully settled before the date that the live show is due to take place. If this option is selected with a payment plan, instalments can be scheduled for up to the maximum number of months between the start date of the custom project slot and the date of the live show. For example, if the January project slot is booked and collection is scheduled from the live show in November, the balance can be paid in a maximum of 11 instalments. Please note that payment plans cannot exceed 12 months in duration.

For UK Members, balance payments are to be paid by Zettle Payment Link, which securely accepts payment by debit/credit card. International Members can make their balance payments by PayPal or bank transfer.
